Community

The Educational Arts Team provides workshops in a wide variety of settings, such as schools, libraries, churches, summer camps and community festivals. The activities can include art, storytelling, group games, puppet shows, and so on.

Our presenters adapt the activities to the needs and age range of participating groups. Costs for the workshop programs vary based on length of time and staffing requirements.

Self-Empowerment Workshops

Our Self-Empowerment series focuses on developing positive pro-social attitudes and exploring social issues such as substance abuse and violence. Participants develop self-respect and learn to work confidently in a group. The activities can be modified for a wide range of young people: ages 6-14.

Family After-School Arts Enrichment

Our after-school programs bring together artists and families to work on both individual and group projects. These usually include arts and crafts activities that are seasonal or theme based, but can also consist of storytelling, puppets, drama and singing.
