Our hands-on training helps teachers and administrators to increase student engagement and facilitate meaningful learning.
In these energized, highly participatory sessions, teachers are given a much-needed opportunity to unlock their own creativity, collaborate with colleagues, and recharge their pedagogy with lively exchange.
Each session gives teachers a basic toolbox of interactive techniques that they can use in conjunction with their school district’s language arts curriculum.
Grades K-2 teachers learn arts integration lessons that combine storytelling, movement, art, music, and role play through writing and drawing activities.
Middle School & High School
Teachers experience innovative methods to motivate student writing and improve reading comprehension.
All our professional development focuses on applied lessons and offers a background in the theory and philosophy of the Educational Arts Team learning process. These sessions also assist the teachers in the effective inclusion of the strategies in the development of engaging lesson plans.
The final stage of the training includes in-classroom coaching by our specialists, and follow-up consultation via phone or email as needed. In addition, customized handbooks containing integration strategies and language arts lesson plans can be created for teachers in each program.
