Professional Development

High Impact Teaching Strategies

Our professional development workshops equip teachers and administrators with a basic toolbox of interactive techniques they can use in conjunction with their school district's language arts or social studies curriculum.

In these energized, highly participatory sessions, teachers are given a much-needed opportunity to unlock their own creativity, collaborate with colleagues, and recharge their pedagogy with lively exchange. They'll learn easy-to-implement strategies to increase student engagement and facilitate meaningful learning.

For Community Leaders and Staff Development

Corporate boardrooms, staff retreats, youth centers, and community organizations are all places where team-building is central to success. Our workshops focus on communication skills, speaking and listening effectively, respecting opinions of others, and fostering shared purpose through pair and group activities. Our lively, hands-on approach opens the way to authentic interpersonal exchange.

The final stage of the training includes in-classroom coaching by our specialists, and follow-up consultation via phone or email as needed. In addition, customized handbooks containing integration strategies and language arts lesson plans can be created for teachers in each program.
