Educational Arts Team’s Camp Liberty (Camp Liberty) takes precautions to protect you and your camper’s information. When you submit information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Information gathered will only be used for camp business and in a manner that is consistent with your expectations. In addition, you also have a responsibility, as a user of our website, to safeguard your information. We stand behind this privacy policy.

We use industry-standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. All enrollment forms, staff applications and payment information are submitted and transmitted through a secure connection. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The Camp will only collect the information necessary to conduct our business and are for our campers and staff. Only employees who need the information to perform their job at camp are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computer/servers on which we store personally identifiable

information are kept in a secure environment.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only gather personal information from you if you provide it voluntarily, and we use it only to send you communications from Educational Arts Team’s Camp Liberty. We maintain the privacy of your information using security technologies and adhere to policies that prevent unauthorized use of your personal information. We do not share, rent or sell any contact information you have submitted to us.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT, AND HOW IS IT USED?

We collect personal information such as name, address and phone numbers whenever you send us an enquiry or register for camp. Such information is always voluntarily submitted by you (e.g., when you fill out the registration page or use our contact form). The information collected is used to communicate with you, ensure proper medical attention for your child at camp and generally to serve you. If for any reason you would like to be removed from our email list, you can unsubscribe by replying to sender with "unsubscribe from mailing" in the subject line. We also collect broad and more comprehensive information on which portions of our website visitors access or visit. We monitor and track information such as usage patterns of visitors to our website. We use this information to improve our website, our operations and our client service.

PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY

As part of our commitment to ensuring the privacy of subscribers, we do not sell or exchange names, email addresses or any other personally identifiable information with any third party. We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. MEDIA 

All photos and videos of children have received permission to be posted by the parent/guardian. No photo or video of a child or staff member under 18 years of age is posted without a media release form.

We maintain the option to change this privacy policy at any time by posting a new version of it to our website. Please review this privacy policy periodically to stay abreast of any changes that may have been made to it. Your continued use of our website after the date that such changes are posted will be deemed to be your agreement to the changed terms.
